Car/RV camping issues now easier to report in One Point of Contact

Homeless toolkit

One Point of Contact has been updated to make it easier for the public to report car and RV camping that impacts livability. The online form now includes fields for vehicle identification and license plate number information. Mayor Hales launched the One Point of Contact campsite reporting system at the beginning of the year to ease frustration in the public as complaints were deferred to various jurisdictions or bureaus. One Point of Contact provides one place to easily report livability issues associated with homeless camping; the One Point of Contact team will direct issues to the appropriate jurisdiction, such as PBOT’s Abandoned Autos and Parking Enforcement, and coordinate clean-ups. Visit to report issues. Or, you can e-mail; call 503-823-4000; or use the PDX Reporter app.
