Make your voice heard at the Fixing Our Streets’ Town Hall and Open House on Oct. 5. The event, hosted by Commissioner Steve Novick and the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT), will run 6 to 8 p.m. in the South Cafeteria at David Douglas High School, 1001 SE 135th Ave. Funding for the projects was approved by voters in May.
Commissioner Novick, who oversees PBOT, Director Leah Treat and project managers want learn about what is important to East Portlanders. Although the main topic is Fixing Our Streets, you will have an opportunity to talk about other transportation concerns.
Please turn out and give a warm East Portland reception to Novick, Treat and the managers. This is your chance to have a real impact on specific transportation projects and policies.
